This was my first attempt at turning a photo into a sketch and then painting it. I don't think I was totally successful in attaining the look I wanted but it was at least limited success. We all have to start somewhere. Maybe I didn't choose the best subject matter--I'm not sure. I'll keep playing when I have time and hopefully eventually show you something more successful.
