My friend Judy got a birthday card similar to this and I thought it was wonderful. Later I saw it online and gave it a try. The borders are Martha Stewart and EK Succes punches which I mitered at the corner (cut to 45 degrees). The background is folder embossed and the flower is punched out. The center is a long strip that I fringed, rolled up and then flattened. The leaves are punched out.
