I cut the label with my electronic cutter and embossed it using a folder . I added gingham ribbon and narrow burgundy ribbon. The image is a PSX image which I stamped, drew an oval around, and cut out. For the final touch I added a tiny pom pon for the tail.
Oh, what a very sweet card. Loved it.
